Public ShareFolder F.A.Q. ID 06
"Can´t connect to server".
Error message: The file cannot be opened. Element was not found.
Possible Solution:
On the server you are probably using a copy of the local PST file.
This is not supported by Public Sharefolder and not by Outlook®.
Create on the Outlook® server a new
PST file. Select this PST file in the Public ShareFolder admin
interface for common use and check again the connection for this new
PST file.
