Public ShareFolder F.A.Q. ID 05
"Can't connect to server":
After clicking on "list" the Combo box is empty, although the Combo box
can be opened.
Possible Solution:
Select on the Public ShareFolder server the PST file for common use:
“Share this Folder with all users”. You will recognize a closed PST
as a “yellow lock” symbol on the Public ShareFolder administration
surface. Your PST file is not approved for common use, therefore the
field is empty if you click on “List”.
